Senior Client Service Officer

Homes NSW | Northern District

* Location - Lismore & Tweed Heads
* Employment Type: Talent Pool to be created for Ongoing and Temporary Opportunities
* Salary - $99,938 to $110,271 plus superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

Homes NSW brings together the housing and homelessness functions of DCJ, the NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC), Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) and key worker housing functions from across government under one roof.

The Senior Client Service Officer (SCSO) provides a broad range of services including applicant, tenancy and property management services and advice to clients, including those with complex support needs. The SCSO role relies on building relationships with the housing service sector including advocates and other stakeholders across the access and tenancy service streams.

What you'll do

The SCSO is required to provide mentorship and support to the client service teams including providing instruction, purpose and direction to Client Service Officers (CSO), and to demonstrate leadership qualities. A strong ethical, client-centred approach is essential in this role.

The SCSO role captures a wide range of housing services and requires someone who is proactive, adaptive and ethical. Having exceptional time management will keep you in good stead for the fast-paced and multifaceted work.
