* Program: The internship program will start late November 2026 and run through to mid February 2027.
Job Description
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
* Modelling and valuation: build and update valuation models and business plans for corporate finance and transactions (including DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, etc).
* Preparation of marketing documents.
* Preparation of client presentations, pitch books, information memorandums and data rooms.
* Internet and database research on various sectors and prospects.
* Preparation of financial analysis and business planning.
What are we looking for?
* Individuals in the penultimate year of their bachelor's or master's degree with a clear motivation to develop a career in investment banking.
* A strong work ethic and the ability to perform well under pressure.
* Strong numerical ability and logical reasoning.
* Outstanding academic record.
* A keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
* Demonstrable commercial skills.
* An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
