About the role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead the Harbour Town location at West Beach. This role suits a dynamic retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, loves styling clients, and enjoys building an energetic, high-performing team culture. You will take ownership of boutique performance, leading from the front to deliver strong sales results while ensuring every customer interaction feels personalised, confident, and on-brand.
