Description
We are seeking a Payroll Compliance & Project Specialist to play a pivotal role in a major compliance and remediation project. This position will oversee payroll and data components, ensuring accurate data extraction, validation, and updates across multiple payroll and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Extract and validate payroll and time & attendance data from various systems
* Collaborate with Deloitte on data interpretation and compliance queries.
* Support updates to payroll/HR systems and assist in rolling out new payroll processes.
* Interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements and Awards to data under review.
* Liaise with current and former employees regarding remediation activities and process remediation payments.
Profile
* Extensive payroll knowledge
* Proven ability to manage complex compliance matters.
* Strong knowledge of interpreting and applying EA's and Awards.
* Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
