About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll manage enquiries, coordinate appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure clients receive the service, care, and equipment they need.
This is a busy, varied role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Greet and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and care
* Manage shared inboxes and respond promptly to customer enquiries
* Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales representatives and service technicians
* Process orders and prepare customer quotes
* Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
About You
* 2–3 years' experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
* Excellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident and professional phone manner
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
