Job Description
You'll join us as a full‐time Senior Relationship Manager based in Cairns, QLD, supporting a diversified commercial portfolio across the region. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with customers while helping them grow through smart, sustainable lending solutions. You'll work closely with product specialists and internal partners, bringing the right expertise when customers need it. You'll spend your time getting to know businesses, understanding their ambitions, and structuring cash‐flow based lending solutions that help them thrive. You'll also have the opportunity to acquire new to‐bank customers and extend your presence across the local business community. It's a role filled with variety, connection and the freedom to make a genuine impact every day.
Qualifications
* Experience managing commercial customer relationships
* Knowledge of commercial lending including cash‐flow lending and credit analysis
* Ability to structure lending solutions that support customer needs
* Confidence engaging new to‐bank customers and building referral networks
* A collaborative approach and the desire to partner with specialists across the bank
