RMS Engineering & Construction is seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Person to join our civil construction team. This hands‐on role is responsible for maintaining the presentation, organisation, and operational readiness of our yard, workshop, vehicles, plant, and project equipment.

About the Role
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the yard, workshop, and storage areas.
* Gardening and grounds maintenance including mowing, weeding, trimming, and spraying where required.
* Operating sweepers and yard equipment to maintain concreted and hardstand areas.
* Washing and cleaning company vehicles, plant, and equipment.
* Assisting with mobilisation and demobilisation of project containers and equipment.
* Supporting stock control and consumable management activities.
* Identifying equipment requiring compliance inspections or testing.
* Assisting with deliveries, collections, and transport of tools, materials, and consumables.
* Providing general workshop support including trade assisting and housekeeping duties.
About You
* Previous experience in a yard, labouring, workshop, or civil construction environment.
* A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and follow direction.
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Commitment to workplace health and safety.
* Current Driver Licence (HR or above highly regarded but not essential).
* Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential).
* White Card.
