We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, with a multi-disciplinary team approach tailored to the needs and goals of our participants and families. We're on the lookout for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Mandurah team. You will thrive in a multidisciplinary environment and be passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.
You will have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your strengths and interests, with the freedom to work with paediatrics, adults, or a mixed caseload. The role offers a mix of metro and regional work options, giving variety in how you deliver support. Optional FIFO opportunities to Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Port Hedland provide further travel experience.

Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest.
* Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical functions.
* Developing individualized, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions.
* Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings.
* Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology to promote independence.
* Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines.
* Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Interest in paediatrics, complex needs or preferred caseload area.
