Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our HQ office in Surry Hills. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing activities, social media strategies, and supporting overall brand growth for Oakberry Australia. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), in this role you will contribute to planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and driving customer engagement and brand awareness. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Reporting Structure: This role reports to the CMO.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new store openings, product launches, and branding initiatives.
* Manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok) to ensure consistent brand communication, including content creation, daily posting, and community engagement.
* Develop and maintain a marketing content calendar, coordinating content for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
* Analyse marketing performance (social media and campaign results) using BI tools, reporting on engagement, growth, and return on investment (ROI).
* Support cross-functional marketing initiatives including influencer collaborations, paid media campaigns, and partnerships to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.
* Liaise with the external marketing/PR agency to ensure the seamless execution of influencer and media campaigns, while coordinating marketing materials such as press releases and promotional content.
* Plan and execute advertising strategies, including paid digital marketing (Google Ads, social media ads) and assess the performance of digital channels.
* Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for brand growth and customer engagement.
* Assist with event marketing, including product photoshoots, store openings, and other promotional activities, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
* Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations) to develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate,
* Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and social media management.
* Bachelor's degree (or higher qualification) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
* Experience in franchising or similar business environments is advantageous.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
* Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns and reporting on ROI.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
