Trane Technologies is the exclusive manufacturer and service division for Trane, with direct access to the Trane factory, technical literature, training and spare parts. The future for Trane is moving forward with new products and superior technical service for our customers.Reporting to the Regional Services Manager, your role is to provide exceptional support as part of a team of professional service technicians, responsible for carrying out operational, maintenance and repair works on commercial Chillers and HVAC equipment across Perth and the surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities IncludeCarry out planned and unplanned service, maintenance and commissioning of all types of Trane and other brand of Chiller Plants, Air Handling Units and Unitary Air Conditioning SystemsAccurate and timely completion of required paperwork related to work performedParticipate in the after hours standby duty rosterFostering and maintaining professional working relationships amongst technicians and apprentices and continually demonstrate the ability to work within pairs and smaller teamsComply with all safety, company and statutory policies and procedures at all timesActively participate in all company facilitated training and service meetings as required by the companyAs required by the company, facilitate on-site training for technicians/apprentices as well as supervise work performed by an allocated apprentice.Quote and bring new client leads of small service repairsTo be successful for this role ideally you will haveExperience/exposure to commercial HVAC ChillersTrade qualification in Refrigeration and Air ConditioningCurrent restricted Electrical LicenseValid Driver's LicenseConstruction Induction Card (white card)Current ARC LicenceExperience in A/C maintenance and Installations of all typesGood time management and customer service skillsTechnical competenceAbility and confidence to work alone and in team environmentPositive and proactive approach to safetyAbout The RoleBased in Perth - brand new office at Beckenham with warehouseOpportunity to connect with other techniciansSupportive manager and teamCompetitive hourly rateImmediate startCompany Vehicle provided or car allowance for the right candidateOriginal equipment manufacturerAbout UsTrane is a US company under Trane Technologies.
