Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
* This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, including payroll and accounts payable processing.
* You will work closely with the broader finance team to support reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Compile month-end and ad-hoc reporting packs and presentations for senior management from data provided.
2. Assist in resolving queries and provide excellent customer service.
3. Participate in the reconciliation of supplier statements, bank accounts, and credit cards.
4. Review supplier files periodically to ensure compliance.
5. Maintain the Finance Department's SharePoint site.
6. Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
