The Opportunity
As a Home Care Worker, you will support clients to remain independent in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.
We currently have multiple opportunities based in Casino.
About the Role
You'll provide individualised, flexible, and high-quality care to people in the community, helping them maintain independence and live well in their own homes.
* Assist in providing individualised care using a person-centred approach as per the client care plan.
* Provide independence services such as showering, medications, transport or respite care.
* Provide everyday living services such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping or meal preparation.
* Prompt and detailed reporting of client services.
* Recognise and report client risk via our incident management system.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Community Services is highly desired.
* Current Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel.
* Registered and insured vehicle.
* Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Confidence in using technology.
