Role Description
The HR and Compliance Assistant provides specialised administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance and risk management.
Responsibilities
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
* Preparing employment documentation and interview materials
* Coordinating mandatory compliance training registers
* Supporting policy review and audit processes
* Maintaining HR databases and systems
* Assisting with OHS and emergency management administration
Qualifications
* Experience in HR administration and compliance
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and confidentiality
* Experience with HRIS and compliance systems
* A collaborative and proactive approach
* The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Experience in enrolments, admissions or customer engagement
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong administrative capability and attention to detail
* Experience using databases, CRM or student management systems
* A warm, professional and highly organised approach
