Mainframe Computer Operator
* Batch Processing and Scheduling: Running and scheduling batch jobs, ensuring tasks are completed according to production schedules.
* System Monitoring: Monitoring system performance, console messages, and responding to critical alarms to maintain system availability.
* Technical Support: Performing 1st level technical support, troubleshooting issues.
* System Maintenance: Assisting in system updates, patch management, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

* Scheduling – Control-M, CA7, IzWS (OPC), JCL
* Output – OMCS, Control-d, SDSF
* Automation – OPSMVS, Netview
* Other – JES2 / JES3
Requirements
* Demonstrated ability to learn new technology
* Good understanding of ITIL processes
* Work independently with minimal supervision
* Broad Knowledge of IT based products
* Self-motivating
* This is a 24x7x365 role
