Senior Highways Project Leader – Overview
AECOM's Transport Team in North Queensland is searching for a senior Highways Project Leader to oversee the delivery and stakeholder engagement for the Bruce Highway program. The role will involve leading project delivery, managing budgets, schedules, finances, and working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.
Responsibilities
* Project management of complex infrastructure projects.
* Client and stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
* Coordination of multi‐disciplinary design teams and project delivery.
* Schedule, budget, and financial performance management.
Qualifications
* 10+ years' experience focused on design and project management.
* Proven ability to manage multiple or large, complex projects.
* Strong background in road design; TMR experience preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Effective time management and leadership of diverse, multi‐disciplinary teams.
