Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Territory Managers to develop strategies for managing hospital accounts and driving market growth.
* Provide hands-on clinical support during trauma procedures, including guidance on Stryker implants and instruments.
* Act as a trusted technical resource for surgeons, nurses, and operating theatre staff.
* Deliver product education and training to clinical teams to ensure confidence and competence in product use.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Comfortable working in high-pressure clinical environments.
* Sales experience or commercial acumen in healthcare or related industries is an advantage.
