Your New Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an entry-level Technology Intern/Cadet to be part of a supportive and collaborative team, gaining hands‑on experience working across a new program at Leidos.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting their career in IT infrastructure. You'll bring a keen interest in server administration, virtualisation, database support, and hardware fundamentals. We're looking for someone with strong problem‑solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively with others.

If you're passionate about building your skills in technology environments and want to grow in a team that values continuous learning, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Bring to Make An Impact

Along with your education and any practical experience, Leidos values individuals who use their initiative and seek to understand the business and develop relationships based on respect.

* Currently studying IT related Degree or Certification.
* An interest in server administration, database management, and hardware maintenance
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a user‑focused approach
* Willingness to learn and assist across diverse support functions
* Proactive problem‑solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning

Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – if you meet most of them, we encourage you to submit your application. We're most interested in your strengths, what you want to learn and how far you want to go.

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and be willing to obtain and hold a NV‑1 or greater security clearance.
