* Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back‐of‐house administration.
Ideal Candidate
* Excitement for the new product offering – you'll be selling it, so you need to like it!
* Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in a fast‐paced retail environment.
* An open and supportive leader with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs and in line with budgets.
* An eye for detail, with a talent for Visual Merchandising and expressing creativity.
* Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
