About Invisible Illnesses Inc.
Invisible Illnesses Inc. is a self-funded, lived-experience-led not-for-profit supporting people living with chronic illness, disability, neurodivergence, trauma, and other invisible conditions. We provide counselling, assessments, peer support, life skills, advocacy, and community programs across Western Australia.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate volunteer handyman, carpenter, or tradie to help us complete the final stage of setting up our new hub. At present, we are using bookcases and temporary partitions to create private spaces so we can begin supporting the community. We are now looking for someone who can help us enclose these areas and build simple internal office walls to ensure privacy, dignity, and a safe therapeutic environment. Retired or semi-retired tradespeople are warmly encouraged to apply.
