Responsibilities
* QLD Import Operations (LCL and AIR), coordinating end-to-end solutions for Key Customers (including bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, job invoicing).
* Liaising with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers, and Overseas Partners.
* Ensuring ongoing Customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
* Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with customers and service providers.
* Monitoring key operational activities to ensure efficient completion of import duties.
* Identifying and implementing changes to support continual improvement, business growth and the development of best practice SOP.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years of experience with an International Freight Forwarder.
* Import Operations Coordinator experience.
* Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced knowledge of operations, account management, and finance.
* Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is advantageous.
* Strong planning and organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
* Team oriented, eye for detail, willing to learn and see work through to completion.
* Hard working attitude.
