Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project control, budgeting, and forecasting.
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing financial controls, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. They will also be responsible for establishing effective communication channels with stakeholders, including program management and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts;
* Establish and implement financial controls and procedures;
* Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
* Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies;
* Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting;
* 10+ years of experience in project management, financial analysis, and budgeting;
* Proven expertise in complex program management concepts, including budgeting, estimates to complete, and project schedules;
* Established command of financial accounting principles as they relate to U.S. GAAP;
* Proficient knowledge in use of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills;
* Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
