We are looking for a committed highly skilled Senior Stylist who is an ambitious professional to partner with us. Your Role
* Creating beautiful, lived-in colours, precision cuts, and transformation al hair. More importantly, actively build the clientele and oversee the daily flow of the salon and spa, ensuring every client leaves with a memorable, "talk-about-it" experience.
* Consulting with clients to achieve dream results while keeping hair health at the forefront.
* Educating clients on home care and recommending retail tailored to their needs.
* Supporting the team with your skills and experience – sharing knowledge, mentoring juniors, and keeping the salon vibe positive and professional.
* Staying up to date with the latest techniques, products, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years salon experience (senior stylist level) with hairdressing qualifications.
* Strong technical skills across blondes, balayage, colour corrections, and precision cutting.
* Confidence in building and retaining a loyal clientele.
* A professional who thrives in a collaborative, no‑ego team environment.
* Someone who balances artistry with efficiency – delivering beautiful results while maintaining productivity.
* A stylist who's excited by targets, growth, and contributing to the salon's long‑term success and vision.
