Office Administrator
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will have a strong background in administration, finance, and payroll, with experience in Xero or comparable accounting software. Your exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills will enable you to work autonomously within a small team, taking on various responsibilities as needed.
The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, data entry, and other administrative tasks. You will also handle phone and email correspondence, filing, document management, job scheduling, and coordination of field staff.
