Full-Time Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator

Key Responsibilities
* Daily bank reconciliation across multiple bank accounts
* Reconciliation of payment gateways and merchant accounts
* Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Processing supplier invoices and payments
* Processing payroll and contractor payments
* Reconciling transactions in Xero
* Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
* Coordinating with external accountants and management
* BAS preparation and financial reporting
* Monitoring outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies
* Inventory Management
* General accounts and HR/administrative support
Skills & Experience Required
* 2 Years bookkeeping or accounts administration experience in Australia
* Strong experience with Xero
* Good understanding of reconciliations and accounts processes
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good Excel and computer skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Experience with payment gateways and high transaction volumes is preferred
* Experience in a service-based business is an advantage
