About the role
We are seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic team at Cool Frogs ECE Seaton. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of young children, providing them with a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment to learn and grow. This full‐time position is located in Seaton, SA 5023.
What you'll be doing
* Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs to support the learning and development of children in your care
* Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
* Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to plan individualized activities and experiences
* Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children through diligent supervision and the implementation of safety protocols
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of the centre by actively participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field, such as a Diploma or Bachelor's degree
* Experience working in an early childhood education setting, with a demonstrated understanding of child development and learning
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Creativity and a passion for designing engaging and enriching learning experiences for children
* A genuine commitment to the wellbeing and development of young children
* A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
