Overview

You will make an impact in the following ways:

* Support the sales organisation and facilitate processes to deliver the sale and financial or inventory allocation for the sale.
* Respond to incoming electronic customer enquiries (e.g. emails, forms) and to customer calls, and escalate as needed.
* Actively support all branch personnel in the sale of products to retail customers, where the task is well documented and repetitive.
* Compile budgetary quotes for simple jobs by gathering technical data, customer presentations, lead time and other information for the customer-facing sales force.
* Schedule customer visits and events, participate in execution and preparation. Receive and process orders, issue order acknowledgements, invoices and shipping notices for simple jobs.
* Compile and communicate order status, inventory status and other associated information to the customer-facing sales force.
* Assist in resolving customer issues (including shipment and after-sale).
* Compile, conduct analyses and report inventory/stock levels.
* Prepare financial forecasts and accumulate project financial data for presentation to leadership and finance departments.
* Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes; find times that fit schedules and make bookings.
* Maintain project documentation and records, including project plans, status reports, and change requests. Interim document support until further resources are available.
Movex / SAP operations
* Set up CO
* Invoices
* Set up Vendors and customer accounts
* Order Processing
* Allocate inventory to projects
* Sales Executive support
* Administration support
* Sales reports
* CRM support
* Communication of finance data and requests for journals
To be successful in this role you will need the following
* Strong SAP experience (Essential)
* Sales Force experience (Preferred)
* Movex experience (Would be an advantage)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Essential)
* Communicates effectively – Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
* Action oriented – Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
* Customer focus – Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
* Ensures accountability – Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments
