Busselton Aluminium Windows & Doors is an Aluminium Window and Door business located in Busselton in the heart of the Margaret River region of WA. From small renovations and upgrades to large luxury house builds, we fabricate and install windows & doors in our factory.

We have long‐term strong relationships with small and large builders as well as repeat retail customers. We are looking for someone who's ready to join our business and learn how to help shape the future of our business, our team, and the way we do things.

This is a long‐standing family‐owned and operated business and we want someone with the same values to lead us into the future and learn our business from the ground up.

Your role comes with a strong package made up of predominantly a base salary of between $140‐150k.

You will be able to help style and grow the business to reach its full potential working directly alongside the managing director and a small but dedicated team.

Your role will include
* Organise and manage day‐to‐day operations to maintain overall effectiveness of the team.
* Schedule trade workers, allocate materials and equipment to ensure every job hits the mark.
* Data entry, quoting, invoicing and costing projects.
* Identify challenges and come up with practical, smart solutions.
* Monitor project progress and keep clients and staff in the loop.
* Support your team and help them thrive while maintaining high standards.
* Health & Safety responsibilities.
* Contribute to improvements in current systems, processes, and workflows.
* Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
What we need from you
* Experienced in operations or team leadership, preferably in construction, glazing or fabrication environments.
* Glazier/Fabrication trade qualification (desired but not essential).
* Natural communicator who can connect with staff, suppliers and clients alike.
* Organised, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
* Excited about leading a team and helping build a positive, enjoyable workplace culture while learning a new industry.
* Experience with the V6 estimating program, Excel, Word and MYOB, or computer literate with the ability to learn these quickly.
* Practical mindset and ability to think on your feet.
* Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
* Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights required.
