Founded in 2012, Offaly Civil Engineering (OCE) is a privately owned, self‐performing, multi‐disciplined civil contracting firm servicing the Wide Bay and Southeast Queensland regions. OCE prides itself on being reliable, efficient, and pragmatic in project delivery, with a hands‐on management approach that focuses not only on exceeding our clients' expectations but also on creating a sustainable infrastructure legacy for the communities we serve.
What we need
We are seeking a Civil all‐rounder for an immediate start on projects in the Gympie region.
Requirements & Responsibilities
* Physically fit and willing to undertake manual tasks such as handling and installing pipes, minor concreting works, pipe trench works, site set‐up, and clean‐up.
* Ability to work in a team and follow direction from the pipe installation leading hand and supervisors.
* Own transport.
* Strong commitment to Health & Safety, including an active OH&S White Card.
* Versatile candidate with excavator, loader, or skid‐steer ticket experience highly desirable.
Desired Skills
* Plant operation (skid‐steer, excavator, loader).
* Truck driving (MR/HR).
* Concreting (finishing, steel fixing, formwork).
