Responsibilities
Be a passionate retail professional with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
Work as part of a team to achieve sales and service objectives
Assist customers with product selection and provide solutions aligned to their needs
Replenish large volumes of stock and manage stock presentation
Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately; POS experience is desirable
Engage in Visual Merchandising and maintain store standards
Resolve customer complaints and make quick, effective decisions to ensure happy customers and timely, accurate service
Demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn with a 7can do7 attitude
Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
What we require
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
Motivation with great attention to detail; ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience with replenishing stock and cash handling; POS experience is desirable
Interest in Visual Merchandising
Ability to resolve customer issues and make confident decisions
Willingness to learn and adapt
Availability across retail hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
