Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate expertise in delivering outreach briefs using trauma-informed frameworks.
* Maintain a caseload of women and children, ensuring their needs are met.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve identified goals, utilizing effective communication skills.
* Conduct thorough MARAM risk assessments and develop strategies for mitigation, needs assessment, safety planning, and case planning.
* Liaise with specialist services to coordinate referrals and provide support to victim survivors in various accommodation settings.
About the Role
* A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
* Proven capacity to deliver comprehensive risk and needs assessments, with the ability to apply protective behaviors techniques reducing children's vulnerability.
* Experience working in fast-paced programs within the family violence sector is desirable.
