Responsibilities
* Deliver youth-focused assessments, care plans and early interventions that improve health and wellbeing outcomes
* Build trusted partnerships with schools and community services to create coordinated, student-centred support
* Lead health promotion programs that strengthen awareness, resilience and health literacy in young people
* Use evidence, insight and initiative to continuously improve how youth health services are delivered
The Right Fit / Qualifications
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant practising certification
* Strong clinical experience in youth, community or primary health settings
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with schools and multidisciplinary teams
* Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills that support positive outcomes
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in school-based or adolescent health programs and/or postgraduate qualifications in areas such as youth, mental health, or health promotion.
