We're a brand built on passion and community and we’re searching for a talented Event Experience and Strategy Lead to drive unforgettable experiences and strategic initiatives across the Shannons network.
As part of our high-performing Customer Service team, you’ll lead a team that delivers on our Showroom Events, Premium Enthusiast (VIP & COI) engagement model plus our earned, owned and user generated content strategy.

What You’ll Do
o Lead end-to-end delivery of Shannons owned events – from planning to execution – creating destination experiences for motoring enthusiasts
o Develop and manage an annual event roadmap aligned to Shannons’ strategic and brand goals
o Oversee team to deliver on all logistics, including vendor negotiation, activations, catering, transportation, risk management and budget compliance
o Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to create buzz before, during, and after events through compelling content, activations, and social engagement
o Foster meaningful relationships with industry stakeholders, sponsors, community leaders, and Centres of Influence (COIs)
o Coach and lead event teams, empowering high performance and exceptional customer experiences
o Monitor social and event performance analytics, using insights to drive continuous improvement
o Support broader insurance-adjacent strategies that amplify Shannons’ unique value proposition
What You’ll Bring
o Proven success in event strategy, planning and execution – ideally with exposure to national-scale or lifestyle events
o Strong ties to the motoring, motorsport, or automotive enthusiast community
o Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide network of partners, VIPs, and COIs
o Strong leadership and project management experience, including budgeting and vendor negotiation
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through events
o Flexibility to travel and work across multiple sites and event locations when required
