Job Summary One of our federal clients is seeking multiple experienced Senior Salesforce CRM Developers to join their team on a digital transformation program.

Core Requirements
Australian Citizenship ( mandatory )
An existing security clearance is preferred with an ability to obtain baseline required
Any previous experience within the Australian Public Service is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Omnistudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
Build and enhance user interfaces, business logic, and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Support testing, deployment, and release management using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure compliance with government security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
Maintain clear, concise technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise or government environments (PSS).
Solid proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools.
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices.
