As the Operations & Client Coordinator, you'll provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
You'll be the main point of contact for clients, real estate agents, and trades, handling everything from scheduling and job bookings through to invoicing and client coordination.
Key responsibilities
Manage job bookings and scheduling throughServiceM8, ensuring efficient allocation of work and clear communication with field staff.
Handle general administrative duties such as invoicing, answering phones, and managing email correspondence.
Liaise with real estate agents, property managers, and business clients to coordinate maintenance work and build positive relationships.
Maintain up-to-date records of jobs, schedules, and client details.
Support the operations team with daily coordination and ensure all jobs run smoothly from start to finish.
About you
Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination (trade or service industry experience highly regarded).
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Strong computer skills and confidence using job management systems (experience withServiceM8is a plus).
A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
The offer
Full-time position, Monday to Friday (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm).
