We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join our team at our Mount Barker site in the Adelaide Hills. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing genuine person-centred care and contributing to the quality of life of our residents.


Job Description:

About the Opportunity:

* Location: Our Mount Barker site in the Adelaide Hills
* Care Philosophy: We deliver dignified and respectful care that delivers excellence in customer service to our residents

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct care to residents, including personal care, daily living tasks, and general mobility following care plans
* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

Requirements:

* Minimum 6 months experience after receipt of qualification
* Existing working rights in Australia
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care – or equivalent
