This is an exciting opportunity to manage a two-story office building transformation, including structural upgrades and a full interior fit-out. You’ll work with a supportive team of senior professionals and have the autonomy to drive site operations.
Your New Role:As Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site activities for the construction of a recent administration and archival facility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full strip-out and fit-out of the building.
- Coordinating structural modifications
- Supervising installation of services, joinery, finishes, and furniture
- Overseeing external façade works
- Driving safety compliance
- Preparing look-ahead programs and ensuring efficient sequencing of works.
- Maintaining quality standards

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial Fitout projects.
- Strong safety mindset
