The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all early works activities including:
1. Excavation and bulk earthworks
2. Piling and shoring works
3. Service relocations and civil infrastructure
4. Traffic management and site logistics
5. Coordination of subcontractors and plant operators
6. Site safety, quality and program management
7. Liaising with consultants, engineers and project stakeholders
About You
To be successful, you will have:
8. Proven experience as an Early Works Foreman on high rise residential or mixed-use developments
9. Strong knowledge of excavation, piling, shoring and civil works
10. Excellent subcontractor management skills
11. A proactive leadership style with a strong focus on safety
12. Ability to drive program outcomes and maintain site productivity
13. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
