Overview
This is a build-and-deliver role where you'll own outcomes end-to-end, shaping how AI capability is developed, embedded and scaled across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Design and build AI learning programs that are practical, scalable and aligned to real business use cases
* Partner with Microsoft and learning vendors to shape best-in-class training pathways
* Define what "good looks like" for AI capability across different business units and maturity levels
* Translate AI tools into role-based, actionable learning experiences
* Contribute to and evolve our AI Academy, learning ecosystem and capability frameworks
* Drive adoption and behaviour change
What you will bring
* Demonstrated use of AI tools as part of everyday work
* Proven experience designing and building structured learning or capability programs
* Ability to work across beginner and advanced AI capability levels
* Strong understanding of how AI is applied in real workplace scenarios
* Experience driving adoption of new tools or ways of working at scale
* Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
* Confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
