Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a contract role to support the delivery of multiple projects listed in the Operational Plan and Four Year Delivery Plan. This is a contract role starting ASAP and running until 10 April ****, offering flexible working arrangements including WFH.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated master schedules using MS Project and an Integrated Master Scheduling tool (IMS), coordinating with program teams to ensure accurate schedule updates and portfolio status, producing reports tracking progress against baselines and milestones to support decision-making and risk management, presenting baseline schedules, identifying critical paths, and ensuring adherence to standards, providing guidance and coaching to project managers on schedule development and maintenance, monitoring schedule baselines, reporting variances, and assessing associated risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3–5 years' experience in a planning/scheduling role
* Degree-level qualification in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Estimating, or similar
* Proven experience in scheduling and tracking multiple construction projects
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project
* Strong understanding of master schedule creation and maintenance
* Excellent interpersonal skills and experience delivering training and working collaboratively across teams
* Desirable: Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, financial, and procurement processes in Local Government, Experience using Microsoft Power BI
