About the Opportunity
MinRes is seeking experienced Mining Supervisors to join our team on a 7 days on / 7 nights on / 7 days off roster (2/1), at our owner operator Lithium projects.
Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will guide, mentor, and lead a crew of up to 40 operators to reach our production targets safely and on time.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing and managing our assets, including people, plant, and equipment, to achieve operational outcomes in safety, quality, performance, efficiency, and cost.
* Conducting regular site inspections and daily interactions with the workforce.
* Providing technical and practical support to operators.
* Ensuring team output and KPIs are on track, in line with Company objectives.
* Maintaining and fostering a working environment that prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience working within a Mining and Production Environment.
* Demonstrated 2 years' supervisory experience in an open pit environment.
* Hold a Statutory - Schedule 26.
* Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
* Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero harm culture.
* Diploma of Surface Mining Operations (desirable).
* Quarry Manager certificate (desirable).
