Receptionist – Part Time
Rees Pritchard Pty. Limited is one of Newcastle's leading firms of Certified Practicing Accountants who are committed to providing our clients with a range of quality business and financial services.
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our friendly team on a part-time basis (minimum 15 hours per week), offering flexibility of hours/days for the right candidate.
The Role
This role will have you supporting our overall business in reception where you will be liaising directly with our team and clients. Key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner at reception
* Answering incoming telephone calls and general client enquiries
* Booking appointments and managing meeting room schedules including setting up AV systems as needed.
* Processing invoices and client payments
* Daily tax return lodgements
* General administrative duties including maintaining client records, data entry, and preparing client correspondence
* Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Experience in an accounting office environment or previous Receptionist/Administration experience
* dedicated to providing excellent customer service
* Ability to multitask, be proactive and motivated
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Effective communication and ability to work as part of a team
* Demonstrated skills in utilising the MS Office Suite
* High attention to detail
