Your new role
We’re seeking hardworking Concrete Labourers to join our team in a busy precast yard in Kilmore. This role is hands-on, supporting concreters with the production of precast concrete for civil construction projects. It’s a great chance to secure ongoing work with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Pouring and finishing concrete into moulds for precast structures
- Banding and handling concrete components within the yard
- Assisting concreters with reinforcement placement and general concreting tasks
- Stripping, cleaning, and preparing moulds for the next pour
- Operating hand tools and basic machinery safely
- General labouring such as moving materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting yard operations
- Maintaining safety standards and contributing to a productive team setting
What you'll need to succeed
- Some experience with concreting or construction (precast experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
