You will: Deliver high-quality clinical care Lead and support care staff on shift Maintain clear, timely documentation and care records Promote resident independence, dignity and choice What you will need
✅ AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
⏳ Recent experience in aged care or acute settings (2-3 years preferred)
️ A valid National Police Check (within 12 months)
❤️ A positive attitude and passion for working with older people
