We're seeking a Developer with excellent communication skills, a hunger to learn, sharp eye for detail, and a passion for solving real-world problems.
This role sits within the technical team (80% Projects / 20% BAU), where you'll play a key part in developing, maintaining, enhancing, and evolving enterprise systems, while also contributing to exciting AI-driven initiatives.
Duties
Developing, supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
Developing and automating workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate
Working from fully defined user stories to deliver reliable, maintainable code
Building and refining front-end components using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and CSP.NET
Assisting in AI integration projects, including work with Python
Collaborating with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
Helping bring internal tools and products to market through iterative development and support
Skills Required
Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 and its ecosystem, including customisation and integration capabilities
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for client-side development and UI enhancements
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET for building and styling responsive interfaces
Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, especially Power Apps and Power Automate
Practical experience developing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, custom workflows, and plugins within the Power Platform and Dataverse
Exposure to Python and a strong interest in AI-driven automation
Bonus skills: Familiarity with C#, .
NET Framework, Azure Services, and emerging tools like Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI
