Project Support Specialist
The role of Project Support Specialist is to provide administrative support to the Investigations and Enforcement Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, data analysis, and financial management. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
The successful candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will be able to analyze complex data sets, produce clear reports, and make informed decisions.

* Proven experience in project management, including leading projects from initiation to completion
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and produce clear reports
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
* Familiarity with project management tools, such as Power BI and Team Planner
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of personal motivation to deliver results
