Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics Software Engineer to lead the optimisation and expansion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Data products.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the expansion and optimisation of Real-time Journeys and Event Planning modules, implementing new features and producing documentation of solutions and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading the expansion and optimisation of Real-time Journeys and Event Planning modules
* Implementing new features and producing documentation of solutions and enhancements
* Advising on configuration of security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings, including the customer insights connector
* Collaborating with internal teams to develop nurture activities such as customer journey processes, trigger-based marketing, campaigns, and content personalisation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience configuring and using features across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Data products
* Experience implementing and optimising Real-time Journeys and Event Planning modules to support marketing and event activities and automation
* Strong understanding of marketing tactics and technical solutions to support them
* Familiarity with Australian privacy laws, data protection regulations, and government IT systems and processes
