Role Overview
Finance Business Partner – full time, permanent, hybrid role based in Sydney. Provide high‐quality finance support to Chief Underwriting & Transformation Office (CUTO) and Technology Finance Partnering function.
Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to strengthen planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Act as primary finance adviser to CUTO General Managers.
* Deliver accurate monthly performance reporting with clear insights.
* Analyse performance to identify key drivers, risks and opportunities.
* Develop scenario modelling, dashboards and KPIs.
* Drive automation, standardisation and continuous improvement across finance processes.
* Support the Technology Finance Partnering function with key processes and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Finance professional with experience in finance business partnering or FP&A, ideally within an expense‐based portfolio.
* Commercially minded, confident operating at senior level, able to challenge assumptions.
* Strong analytical, technical and financial modelling capability.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or related discipline (CA/CPA/CIMA preferred).
