We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager, where your proactive drive and dedication will play a pivotal role in our success.

We are renowned for our trade‑based incentive, loyalty and reward programs, but offer a full suite of agency services including comprehensive digital strategies, design, data management, incentive travel, and reward procurement – all in‑house. We have an impressive range of blue‑chip clients across the food, ICT, agricultural, automotive and trade industries.
The ideal candidate has solid strategic marketing skills combined with outstanding communication skills. You will have exceptional operational competencies, and meticulous attention to detail. Your creativity and commitment to customer satisfaction will be crucial as you orchestrate a diverse array of engaging programs, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to exceed our clients’ expectations.
- Full‑time, permanent role.
- Based from our Ultimo, NSW office.
- 4/1 hybrid model (4 days in the office / 1 day from home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain business relationships with key accounts
- Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with clients
- Set up and ongoing management of online incentive, loyalty and reward programs
- End to end project management of multiple projects simultaneously. Management of all program deliverables, projects and tasks.
- Handling multiple clients, programs and projects at one time
- Quality assurance of project deliverables – making sure that any project leaving our doors is of the highest quality
- Assisting with development of marketing strategies for customers
- Management and execution of program communication plans, including creation and distribution of eDM and SMS campaigns
- Providing customer support, including management of program telephone and email enquiries
- Attend regular client facing meetings and providing valuable recommendations.
- Respond to client briefs with highly effective strategies
- Provide clients with regular updates of program timelines and action plans to give client’s visibility on current actions with their programs
- Responsible for the development and review of monthly, half year and end of program reports, with perceptive analysis and presentation to the client
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client in order to become an expert in their business, competitors, customers and their market landscape.
- Handle financial management aspects, including budget setup, ongoing financials, and budget reporting to ensure program profitability.
- Operate within various software & technology platforms
The ideal candidate will:
- At least 3+ years experience as an account manager
- Experience in a similar role within an agency, channel or corporate environment i.e. loyalty, marketing or marketing communications
- Ability to nurture and develop existing client opportunities and relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and program management.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to forecast workloads effectively.
- Must be a skillful multi‑tasker.
- A strong focus on delivering results with meticulous attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude, embodying our company values and promoting a friendly and productive work environment.

- A degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or any other relevant field is of benefit.
