Production / Project Manager
About the Role We're working with a well-established Australian business in the engineering, manufacturing, and installation space, and they're on the lookout for a practical, hands-on Production / Project Manager.

It's a role where you'll be involved in everything: design discussions, planning, coordinating with the guys on the floor, keeping things moving, and making sure the final product is delivered the right way.
What You'll Be Doing
* Owning your projects from start to finish
* Keeping clients in the loop and making sure expectations stay aligned
* Running internal handovers so everyone is clear on what's needed
* Watching your budgets and keeping projects on track financially
* Working with design and engineering to iron out details and make sure deliverables are right
* Staying across production and installation timelines
* Picking up risks early and keeping quality high
* Tracking how things are going and reporting back as needed
What We're Looking For
* Someone who's managed projects in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, engineering, or similar
* Confident communicator who's comfortable dealing with clients and internal teams
* Good with numbers and budgets, and knows how to keep GP healthy
* Organised, practical, and able to keep a few moving parts under control at once
* Someone proactive who doesn't wait for problems—they spot them early
* Understanding of design or fabrication processes is helpful but not essential
