You'll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations in a busy, high‐volume flagship environment, coach your team, and help drive store success.
Your Role
* Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume flagship store.
* Inspire and guide a large team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
* Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and premium store presentation.
* Help manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering in a fast‐paced environment.
* Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and progression.
* Help maintain a safe and compliant store setting.

About You
* Experience in a leadership role (e.g., ASM or Store Manager), ideally in a flagship or high‐turnover store.
* A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership career.
* Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences at scale.
* Ability to drive sales and consistently meet performance targets.
* Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and large‐format retail operations.
